- The item must be in new condition: no signs of wear or damage.
- Complete packaging is required: box, filler, tags.
Exchange Conditions:
- Exchange is possible for another size or model if available in stock.
- The item must be in the same condition as when received.
Who pays for shipping?
- If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons (size, color, style), shipping is paid by the customer.
- If the mistake is on our part, shipping is covered by LittleSIS.
